Huge JYSK in Heartland Town center. Very well stocked, aesthetically pleasing and very well organized. Few great deals but overall prices are a bit on the higher side. Quality is good. Ample parking spots. Heartland town center is nice place to shop and have fun. Must visit.

We came in the Heartland location looking for Mirrors, Leeroy was the representative that assisted us. He not only took the time to understand our needs but went above and beyond in showing us all options suitable for the look we desired. He also placed an order for us that ensures we get the item we intended to buy. Without great customer service like this, retail environments wouldn't thrive. Excellent customer service by Gian. We were looking for living room furniture and Gian helped me out. He gave me many options and helped me out throughout the purchase. He happily answered all questions and doubts about the products and gave good suggestions too. Gian is a great asset to the store and to your company.

I have seen another post referring to Annesha, a cashier with serious attitude problems that should not be taking care of customers, she needs a different position in the store probably backstage because she lacks basic customer rapport. We came to the store and when we were looking at some products she said in a rude manner that the store was closed and he had to hurry up, seriously you can prompt the customers to be quick without being angry after all if customers leave with a good impression they might come back next day to purchase if they could not done at the moment. Everyone else in the store seemed joyful except this one person. if you hate your job do something else don't ruin the store image with bad attitude.

We recently got a couch and a bed from JYSK, Heartland. We are extremely happy with the products, and the staff has been very helpful too. While they offer great deals on good furniture, it will be even better if they could work more efficiently with the delivery system.
